Jody Wolfe (she/her) is a Manager of Research and Policy at PolicyWise for Children & Families. Her portfolio focuses on projects and initiatives that enable the social sector to use data to improve the way that systems support communities. An Applied Social Psychologist by training, she has worked for more than 20 years in post-secondary, non-profit, public and for-profit settings using research and strategy as a way to solve real-world problems. Her favourite soap boxes are (1) trying to flip the priority of program evaluation from accountability to learning and improvement, and (2) reciprocity in data collection practices. She is married to Shane, a psychologist who specializes in supporting Autistics and people with autism, and has a very sassy house rabbit who keeps them both hopping.
